Browse for contacts and users

(Search for user) opens a pop-up window you can use to search for itslearning users on your site. See the screenshot.

To search for a user:

1. Click the icon.
2. In the pop-up window, enter the first name or last name of the person you search for.
3. You can limit the search to specified courses or hierarchies. Select the course or hierarchy within which you want to search from the Course and Hierarchy drop-down lists.
4. You can also specify which role to search for.
5. Click Search.

Tip: If you enter % in the last name or first name field, you get a list of all users available within the specified course, hierarchy or role.

(Search for contacts) opens in a pop-up window you can use to search for persons in your list of Contacts. See the screenshot.

To select a contact:

1. Click the icon.
2. In the pop-up window, select the contacts by checking the box behind their names.
3. Click OK.
